Shanghai liyong lock co., ltd. used to be the first integrated professional lock manufacturer in china. Now it has become a top-grade Taiwan-funded enterprise specialized in auto locks and civil locks. There are 250 employees in liyong lock, including 60 engineers and technicians、20 quality controllers. Liyong lock was founded in 1932, the academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, former vice minister of the First Machinery Industry Department Mr. Sheng hong was the founder of the company.
We provide our products and service to famous domestic and foreign auto manufacturers, our main customers: Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, SAIC, Great wall motor, Chongqin Lifan, Shanghai yanfeng johnson controls seating co., ltd. Our main products, auto locks ( mechanical auto door lock and car central lock series, hood latch & decklid latch, auto seating lock series), We work up to develop the modular production of car doors while upgrading our products. Introducing advanced technology from Germany, we use 3d design software (CATIA) to design and develop products, we use first-grade testing machine such as trilinear coordinates measuring instrument、semi-automatic microhardness tester 、all kinds of door lock fatigue testers to assure our products to reach the advanced level of the similar products at home and abroad.
We hold the quality principle of "always pursuit excellent product quality, strive for the biggest market share" we build our complete QMS according to TS 16949:2016 ; compulsory certification enforcement rules for motor vehicle products - auto door lock and door maintenance product quality management system standard certification (3C).
